Behavioral Hazard Recognition Recognizing & Positively Intervening

Accident Projection Techniques (APTs) are a set of activities aimed at helping employees identify hazards and risks. They involve imagining scenarios or sequences of events that could lead to an incident. Participants engage in role-playing exercises to practice intervening positively before an incident happens.

Recognize Unsafe Conditions

A practical drill is carried out where participants identify and rank the safety risks in the facility. After the training, attendees inspect the facility for unsafe conditions and risky behaviors. The findings are then discussed, prioritized based on severity, and recommendations for risk reduction are provided.
