This session will review the components necessary to achieve and maintain safety excellence.
SESSION 3: Executive Leadership’s Role
The actions, decisions and behaviors of executive leadership, more than any other factor, determine the culture and effectiveness of an organization. Session 3 summarizes the critical role of executive leadership and provides the concrete activities and techniques used to both manage and lead a successful safety effort.
SESSION 4: Key Issues
We have discovered that an organizations approach to several key issues is often the deciding factor between safety excellence and average performance. Key topics include items such as risk tolerance, compliance, remuneration, goals and objectives, and effective measurement.
