STEP 3: SSP Training

All personnel are trained in the philosophies, activities and systems contained in the SSP. This training helps to create buy in and ownership of process activities.

STEP 4: Implementation Assistance

SRI experience in implementing over 500 SSP's provides each client with the assistance they need for successful implementation.

STEP 5: Post Implementation Assessment

One year after SRI will assist your organization in evaluating the progress of the SSP against stated goals.
