Purpose

Our Safety Process Assessment aims to familiarize SRI with your organization and identify its strengths and weaknesses when compared to success parameters

Schedule

The Safety Process Assessment is a 2-to-3-day schedule, pending on Organization size. We interview a large cross-section of your organization to ensure we obtain the most details.

Mechanics

SRI uses 4 methods to evaluate the current safety effort: Documentation Review, Facility Tour, Personnel Interviews, Specific Program Reviews. We compare these to SRI's 11 necessary elements for safety excellence.

Review / Report Out

SRI will complete a review of preliminary findings with designated members of your Organization’s Leadership Team. SRI will evaluate the assessment findings and generate a comprehensive summary report.
